How the 10% Volunteer Pool works

Pool Allocation

We allocate 10% of gross cohort receipts to a shared pool for active volunteers.

Payout is based on Contribution Points (simple scoring):

  • Delivery: artifacts shipped, events supported
  • Growth: leads or sign-ups attributed to your link
  • Quality: on-time, usable, meets brief

Payment Timeline

Pool is calculated at the end of the enrollment window and paid within 30 days.

You'll see a transparent dashboard showing total pool size and your share.

Example: If the cohort earns $40,000, the volunteer pool is $4,000, split by each person's points.
