We're building a new model for how leaders are developed. And we need you to help us build it.
Most leadership development is broken. It's expensive, exclusive, and disconnected from how people actually learn and grow.
We're building something different. The Taskwit Leadership Lab is a global accelerator designed to democratize access to world-class leadership development. We're creating the systems, content, and experiences that will help organizations around the world develop better leaders.
But here's the thing: we can't build this alone.
The Taskwit Leadership Collective is a team of 12-18 people from around the world who are helping us design, build, and run the Lab.
You won't be on the sidelines. You'll be shaping strategy, building systems, creating content, making decisions that affect how thousands of people experience leadership development.
This is hands-on work. Real stakes. Real impact.
5-8 hours a week. Fully remote. And you'll be compensated through our revenue-share model because your work matters.
We're looking for people to fill seven key areas:
Help us reach leaders in every corner of the world
Shape the ideas and stories that define a new era of leadership
Turn data into insights that make the Lab better
Build the spaces where leaders connect and grow
Design the systems that make great experiences possible
Create the visuals and videos that bring our work to life
Connect with organizations ready to reimagine leadership development
Each role is critical. Each one shapes what we become.
Let's be honest: the real gain is what you'll learn and who you'll become.
You'll get hands-on experience building something that could change how an entire generation of leaders is developed. You'll work with brilliant people from six continents. You'll learn by doing — not by reading case studies about other people doing.
And yes, there are tangible benefits:
But the real opportunity? You get to be part of something that matters.
Not just executives at Fortune 500 companies.
And aren't afraid to figure things out as they go.
You don't need to be an expert. You need to be curious, committed, and ready to work hard on something that could genuinely change how the world develops leaders.
Send us:
Keep it real. We want to know why you care and what you're hoping to get out of this.
We believe the next generation of leadership won't be taught in ivory towers. It will be built by people who understand that leadership is something you develop by doing — by building systems, solving real problems, and working with others toward something meaningful.
If you've ever wanted to be part of building something from the ground up — something that could genuinely shift how organizations develop leaders — this is your chance.
The world needs better leaders. Help us build the system that creates them.
